I would call and inquire.

Im not sure what happened but this place is great. We go here almost weekly. Great food and normally good service as well. Was you in drive thru or inside. Drive thru takes time if the person at the window don't pull up so the next car can order. Most people know thus but some feel privileged and don't want to pull up.
